- Shipping: We use the US Postal Service for our shipping carrier. Although, we ask you to allow 5-7 business days to ship your order, we will make every attempt to finish it sooner. The exception to this would be a Saturday or Holiday order. Most items are in-stock but can take up to 4 to 12 weeks if on back order. Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled within 3 days of order placement.

- Lizzie Lou Shoes values our customers, and therefore we respect your privacy. We will not share your personal information with any other entity. Making a purchase requires that you supply your contact information. When purchasing, you will create an account that will store your information, so the next time you shop with us, you will simply log in. Your information is strictly confidential. We use this for your convenience, and to process our orders only.
Ordering from Lizzie Lou Shoes is safe and secure. For your convenience we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal where you may use your credit card or check card for on-line ordering whether you have a paypal account or not. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us by phone or e-mail. We will gladly accept checks or money orders as well. To use this method of payment, simply make your selections, but rather than submitting your order at checkout, print the order and mail it to us with your payment. Your order will be shipped once the check clears our bank. There will be a $25 returned check fee for any checks that are returned for non-sufficient funds. - Returns & Replacements
- Warranty:
The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the structural integrity of the piece under normal conditions, but does not cover abuse, neglect or acts of God. Lizzie Lou Shoe’s liability is limited by the cost of the purchase. PURCHASE OF OUR PRODUCT CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF OUR POLICIES.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your order, we will make it right by providing an exchange or refund. It is important to make sure sizing is correct upon ordering. Please notify us within 14 days of the receipt of your order so that we can correct the problem. Refunds will be granted minus the cost of shipping within 14 days of receipt.
RISK OF LOSS: All items purchased from Lizzie Lou Shoes are made pursuant to a shipment contract. THIS MEANS THAT THE RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE FOR SUCH ITEMS PASS TO YOU UPON OUR DELIVERY TO THE CARRIER. - Viewing Orders
